As the visionary behind 4D Wellness and 4DSL, Austin leads sessions on nutrition (including macro tracking, supplementation, and meal prepping), optimizing daily routines for high performance, and goal setting with habit formation. Drawing from his own recovery story, Austin helps residents build disciplined, purpose-driven lives through mindset shifts, physical transformation, and practical strategies.

NEUROSCIENCE SPECIALIST
Holding a Master’s degree in his field, Gil brings advanced knowledge of neuroscience and neural pathways to the house. His group classes explore how the brain works in recovery, rewiring habits, managing cravings, and enhancing mental clarity for long-term sobriety and optimal functioning.

BREATHWORK & MEDITATION EXPERT
Brett specializes in breath-work and meditation techniques designed to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and build emotional resilience. HIIT AND RUN COACH
A former United States Marine with four years of dedicated service, Aaron brings discipline and high-performance mindset to fitness coaching. As a certified HIIT and Orangetheory Fitness instructor, he specializes in high-intensity interval training and endurance challenges like ultramarathon running. His group classes emphasize pushing physical and mental limits while integrating mindfulness and meditation for balanced, resilient recovery.
